Legal notice

Who is behind nilvo.app and the Nilvo app, how to get in touch and on what conditions this site is used. It meets the information duty of Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI). The Spanish version is the reference text.

2. What this site is and what the app is

nilvo.app serves an informational guide, Nilvo's support and legal portal and the friend and league invite pages; there is no game on the web. Nilvo is an app for iPhone, iPad and Android (package identifier app.nilvo.game) distributed on the App Store and Google Play. The Terms of use and purchase govern the game, accounts, leagues and purchases; the Privacy policy, the processing of data; and the account deletion page (in Spanish), how to delete the account.

3. Prices

Using nilvo.app is free. Inside the app credit packs are sold; the full game is not sold as a product: it is unlocked by spending 300 credits from the account. The prices are shown by the App Store or Google Play for your country, with applicable taxes included, before each purchase is confirmed. There are no delivery costs. There are no purchases on the web.

4. Use of the site

• You may browse the portal and play on the web freely and at no cost. It is not allowed to use the site for unlawful purposes, to try to access other people's systems or data, to overload the service or to alter how it works.
• The invite pages (/friend/… and /liga/…) only open the app or explain how to join; a league link gives no more access than the code it contains, and whoever shares an invite is responsible for whom they send it to.
• This site uses no cookies; it measures visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or personal data (section 13 of the Privacy policy).

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The Nilvo name, the logo, the game, its symbols, levels, texts, sounds, design and code are the property of their author and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation beyond what the Terms of use allow requires written authorisation. The third-party marks mentioned (Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play, Microsoft, Azure) belong to their owners and are cited only to identify their services.

6. Links and third-party services

The portal links to the App Store, Google Play and other sites we do not control and whose content we are not answerable for. In-app purchases are processed and charged by Apple or Google under their own terms.

7. Liability

We try to keep the portal's information accurate and up to date and the site available, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. We are not liable for damage arising from use contrary to this notice or to the Terms of use, or from causes beyond our control, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.

8. Hosting and technical providers

The portal is served from Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, and the game server and its data from Microsoft Azure, North Europe region (Dublin, Ireland). Details and safeguards are in the Privacy policy.

9. Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Consumers resident in other European Union countries keep the protection of their country's mandatory rules. For any dispute the courts of the consumer's domicile are competent; between professionals, those of Madrid.
